Engineering Manufacturing Services Co. was established in 1985 by Gale Orem, a graduate of Purdue University Engineering School and is a licensed engineer. The company was incorporated in 1988 and has become a full service engineering and manufacturing company of stainless steel mounting kits.

WHAT WE DO
EMS custom designs and manufactures high quality brackets, couplers, and accessory kits for process control and automation. With over 30 years of experience, we have thousands of designs for assemblies and a vast amount of mounting information to assist in developing automated solutions. Our automated solutions are used in the food and beverage, chemical, oil and gas, pulp and paper, water treatment, wastewater, industrial energy and utility industries.

HOW WE DO IT
Located near Charlotte, North Carolina in Indian Trail, our 12,500 square foot manufacturing facility is equipped with both manual and computerized equipment. From our Waterjet and shear to the press brake and the CNC milling machines, design and CAD drawings are generated for every bracket and coupler before production. We also can provide 3D modeling.
